General Information

Charter Fees include the services of a licensed Captain and Crew, fuel and all expenses related to the operation of the vessel and use of on-board sports equipment or water toys.  If vessel is anchored or otherwise accessible only by Tender (dinghy) or Water Taxi, the Charter Fee shall also include one (1) round-trip fare for each Charter Guest if ship-to-shore transport by the vessel’s private tender is not feasible.  Charter Fee does NOT include diving/snorkeling/scuba equipment, alcoholic beverages, off yacht excursions or accommodations, dockage or mooring fees, gratuities, or any similar expense unless otherwise agreed to in advance and included as an ADDITIONAL FEE.  Such Excluded fees are the sole responsibility of the CHARTERER.

NO PETS are allowed and there are 6 persons maximum permitted on either vessel – groups of 7 to 12 persons will require the rental of both vessels and Captains.

We strongly encourage you to bring along such goodies as Sunscreen, Motion-Sickness meds and a towel or two when you are packing your coolers with food and beverages for your adventure.  No one likes a crispy nose!

Arrival

Guests are asked to arrive at the dock 15 to 30 minutes prior to departure to allow for safety instructions, the proper stowing of guest’s belongings and a brief tour of the boat and its operations.  We are happy to wait for tardy guests, but delaying our departure will NOT extend your cruising experience.

Minors

Children under the age of 12 years old are required to wear USCG Approved Personal Floatation Devices (PFD/Life Vest) at all times while on the water – this includes while on the docks.  Life Vests for Infants and Toddlers are NOT provided on this Charter – it is the responsibility of the CHARTERER to ensure that our littlest guests are outfitted with the appropriate USCG Approved Personal Floatation Devices.  “Swimmies” and “Bubbles” are NOT acceptable.

Accessibility

We will do our best to accommodate handi-capable and physically challenged guests while aboard our vessel(s).  We are, however, unable to guarantee the safety or accessibility of docks, piers, boat-to-tender transfers, etc.  Challenged guests are strongly advised to travel with trusted and competent companions who can physically assist as may be necessary.
